Michelle was extremely patient and kind throughout the entire process. From the beginning stages when I was extremely particular in the home I wanted, to the numerous home walk throughs, down to the end with entire process taking a year and a half. This is the third house we have bought and the 6th realtor we have worked with and we will never work with anyone else again!

We have bought and sold 3 homes throughout our career and Michelle was by far the best realtor we had and its not even close! She is really the whole package when it comes to what a buyer would look for in a realtor. It was like she was two steps ahead of everyone at every turn. If there was a document or a request Michelle already had the ground work laid so we barely had to do any lifting at all. She was dedicated to us from day one to closing, our buying process was a bit unconventional but through two years that we worked with her before we closed any question/request we had Michelle was on top of it. She would take the time to read and explain any documents that we had and if there was something in the writing that was off she was quick to call it out and get it corrected for us. Not only did she know the market, she developed a marketing plan to help me leverage it. But I needed far more than just that: I needed the house emptied, painted, cleaned and new counter tops installed. This is where Michelle Roberts stepped in to get me the help I needed. From her reputation I expected expert realty advice and assistance. What I could never have imagined was all the other things she did to position me to list and sell the house. Over and over she found just the right cure of my house up-dating blues. She kept everyone moving at a good clip and in the same direction. I had to return home before everything was finished, leaving it to her. All got done and she pushed on to listing. It was an afternoon listing and an offer was made and accepted before sundown.
